Job Description:
  • Review, sign, and execute international trade business contracts.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, including client visits and receptions.
  • Coordinate with production, warehousing, customs clearance, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle international trade documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up on refunds, claims, and other matters to protect the company's interests.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, English, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in multinational trade, with a preference for those with client development and maintenance experience.
  • Familiar with international trade processes, especially Hong Kong transshipment trade procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
  • Willingness to travel for business (mainly domestic).
