Responsibilities

Manage the project schedule from the high-level system design and analysis, system implementation/enhancement, UAT to system deployment
Handle business analysis and user requirement studies for various eCommerce system
Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers
Lead technical developers to provide a business solution and formulate Test Plans and conduct UAT
Prepare system documentation such as requirements specifications

Requirements

Degree holder in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related disciplines
Has minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis or system analysis is preferred. Gained experience with the retail system would be an advantage
Experienced in software testing is a must
Experienced in requirement gathering and documentation
Knowledge in programming languages: MySQL, Java, JavaScript and experience in Product Development / UAT is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
