Company details

Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer services and handle customers' enquiries
Handle general account withdrawals, money transfer, and answer customer inquiries
Handle counter services and balance daily transactions
Support back-end operations and make referrals to relevant staff
Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
Coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions

Requirements:

At least 1 year of Banking Teller experience
Customer-oriented with communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
