Responsibilities
Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
Handle customer orders, inquiries and compliant by phone / E-mail
Communicate with purchasing / warehouse department and clients for shipment / delivery arrangement
Provide perfect solutions to client inquiry via different communication channels
Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Handle daily RFQ, order rescheduling & forecast management
Ac hob job assigned by Manager
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 2 years solid working experience in sales administration or customer service field
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Flexible, self-motivated, multi-task and able to work under pressure
Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner
Proficient PC skills and MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
Immediate Available is highly preferable
