To provide logistic support to meetings with government departments, stakeholders and delegations, including preparing related documents for the meetings, setting of meeting venues, liaising on logistic arrangement and drafting meeting notes;
To provide administrative and logistic support to online and offline Mainland-related investment promotion activities in Hong Kong and the Mainland, including preparing budget, procurement and claims of expenses for the events, providing pre-event preparation and on-site logistic support, drafting event reports, and maintaining event records;
To receive delegations from the Mainland and arrange visit programmes for Mainland companies in Hong Kong;
To provide research support and assist in updating the presentation materials;
To provide support in general administrative, supplies and procurement matters; and
To perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Two years of relevant full-time work experience gained in Mainland business development, administrative support, event management or stakeholder engagement with Mainland counterparts are preferred;
A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
Meet the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent
An excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage; and
Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
