Responsibility

• Provide technical support via phone and email to address requests and incidents from users.

• Log customer requests into the system, ensure proper tracking, follow up and resolution.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems related to PCs, application, software, mobile device, system and network issues.

• Work with hardware and software vendors to ensure the speedy resolution.

• Provide technical support to special ad hoc projects and events.

• Have the chance to be deployed or seconded to work at customer site.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in IT and Telecommunication (Hardware, Software, Security, Cloud Service) or related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

• Customer oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Self-motivated, willing to take up challenges and achieve goals.

• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Junior Helpdesk Officer.
