Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing & executing marketing strategies for lead generation & revenue growth
Plan & manage local marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
Create & localize marketing content in English & Chinese for various platforms
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online content & ads
Monitor marketing performance & analyze customer behavior for improvements

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role
Strong storytelling & copywriting skills in English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
Knowledge of digital advertising (Google, Facebook, etc.) & local marketing channels
