Responsibilities：

Oversee AML/CFT controls and conduct risk assessment
Provide daily advisory support on AML/CFT matters to first Line of Defense
Review Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients
Lead investigations into suspicious transactions and prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)
Support the implementation and maintenance of AML and Name Screening systems
Proactively identify and resolve AML/CFT issues with stakeholders
Maintain, prepare and update AML/CFT policies and procedures, driving implementation and enhancing controls
Communicate with regulators and law enforcement
Conduct AML/CFT training sessions
Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of 10 years solid AML/CFT compliance experience, preferably with significant exposure in Authorized Insurers in Hong Kong
Strong understanding of AML/CFT related regulatory requirements and legislations, analyze complex regulatory requirements and develop effective compliance controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
ACAMS or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred
