Responsibilities

• handle customers' order and inquires and email correspondence

• Follow up orders & communicate with factory to monitor production

• Arrange shipment and prepare shipping documents for sending goods to customer

• Support, attend and follow up Hong Kong & Oversea Trade Fair

Requirements:

• Diploma or above

• Fluent in English and Mandarin   

• Good communication skills

• 5 day work
