Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with senior management and account managers

• Build and pitch customized marketing strategies/proposals to clients

• Meet with existing clients/prospects to explore business potential and close new deals

• Manage and expand existing partnerships to grow our business in the region

• Support business ideas development and create compelling business/partnership proposals

• Build strong relationships with strategic decision-makers and identify key contacts in organizations

• Stay informed about local and international marketing trends, and innovate ways to align our strengths with customer needs

• Create marketing materials for in-house brands and promote our services through various channels, including EDM and social media posts

• Cross-promote various services within our group to prospective clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account servicing or business development within a marketing solutions environment; agency experience is a plus

• Strong presentation skills for introducing various marketing solutions to clients

• High proficiency in both written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage

• Excellent skills in crafting creative proposals

• Strong commercial and business sense in a B2B pitch environment

• Experience in various marketing disciplines, including video and event production, digital marketing, and partnerships

• Previous experience in a marketing/creative agency is a plus

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Ability to communicate with authenticity, clarity, and purpose

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Open to new challenges, eager to learn, and able to understand our group’s strengths and experiences
