Manage overall restaurant operations, including staff allocation, procurement, inventory management, and cost control.
Develop and implement operational strategies and service standards to enhance service quality.
Supervise frontline staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, responding promptly.
Analyze sales data and provide improvement suggestions to drive performance growth.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a management role; experience in managing hot pot restaurants is preferred.
Experience in managing large restaurant chains is a plus.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in English is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
