Responsibilities :

Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts, and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements and participate in overall configuration management
Define HRIS solutions meet with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits to the organization
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes focusing on quality and efficiency
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for deployment
Involve in planning and managing projects to ensure they meet the project goals within the agreed scope, time, and budget

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines
5 years experience in handling HRIS solutions in enterprise-scale system integration projects, packaged solutions, and in-house development
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
Experience in the system development lifecycle (SDLC),
SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus
