Oversee the daily management of the Engineering and Safety Management Department, taking primary responsibility for departmental performance.
Implement engineering management requirements, ensuring quality, technology, progress, and environmental safety, while enhancing the management system for engineering and safety projects.
Conduct training needs assessments for various projects, develop annual training plans, and organize training sessions to improve the comprehensive abilities of departmental management personnel.
Participate in engineering bidding and evaluation processes, organize site visits and Q&A sessions for bidding units, and review, track, and inspect the implementation of engineering design changes.
Develop engineering quality supervision plans and conduct quality control on projects based on these plans and relevant documentation.
Promote asset enhancement initiatives and effectively coordinate with external collaborators, including design units, construction units, planning units, and government departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with certificates in CIOB, MICM will be an advantage.
Over 10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in team management.
Strong political qualities, integrity, impartiality, and a correct view of performance and professional ethics.
Fluent in both Cantonese and English; prior work experience in Hong Kong is preferred.
Possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills to fulfill job responsibilities; familiarity with business logic and operational systems within the division; experience with external project work is a plus.
Strong team management, communication, coordination, risk management skills, and the ability to handle complex issues, along with a strong awareness of legal compliance.
