Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the BIPO system, including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system patch testing.
  • Liaise with the BIPO vendor for issue resolution, system updates, and enhancements.
  • Support HR-related IT initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Act as a bridge between the IT team, HR department, and system vendors to ensure effective communication.
  • Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing HR systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably with exposure to HR systems.
  • Hands-on experience with the BIPO Time and Attendance System is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of system testing processes, including SIT and UAT.
  • Knowledge of system patch testing and deployment.
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Previous experience in supporting HR operations or systems in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
  • Experience in secondment or contract roles.
