Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for the BIPO system, including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
Conduct and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system patch testing.
Liaise with the BIPO vendor for issue resolution, system updates, and enhancements.
Support HR-related IT initiatives and projects as assigned.
Act as a bridge between the IT team, HR department, and system vendors to ensure effective communication.
Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes for internal knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing HR systems and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably with exposure to HR systems.
Hands-on experience with the BIPO Time and Attendance System is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of system testing processes, including SIT and UAT.
Knowledge of system patch testing and deployment.
Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Previous experience in supporting HR operations or systems in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
Experience in secondment or contract roles.
