Responsibilities

• Import Operation & Documentation tasks are the daily job responsibility 

• Able to handle the full set of the ocean import tasks for LCL & FCL

• Able to manage the actual P&L performance on time

• Able to work independently and efficiently 

• Assisting the operations manager on the team development 

• Supporting the ocean export fundamental tasks are required if needed

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in freight forwarder, ocean import

• Able to work independent, self-motivation, diligent & good team player

• Highly committed to deliver results despite working deadline and overtime

• Hand on experience in operating Cargowise is an advantage

• Able to communicate in spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required

• Proficient in computer skills, MS Office application, Office 365, Outlook etc.

• Short notice is highly preferred
