Develop, execute, and manage test cases within the UAT environment, focusing on post-loan servicing, settlement, remittance, and bills of exchange processes.
Identify, document, and track test defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and provide actionable feedback.
Oversee the successful execution of UAT activities according to the test schedule, conducting post-implementation health checks to ensure system stability for banking operations.
Support ad hoc assignments as required, contributing to the team’s success in banking system enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experiences in banking, with hands-on expertise in UAT for post-loan servicing, settlement, remittance, or bills of exchange processes (experience in retail banking is highly preferred).
A collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing banking environment.
Excellent communication and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in PC operations, with technical knowledge of SQL, VBA, and SPSS considered a significant advantage
