  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • With minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin 
  • More experience would be considered as Reservations Supervisor
