Responsibilities
Drive sales and margin for each customer to achieve sales target
Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain good relationship with customers to grow the businesses and expand the markets
Act as the customers account owner and provide satisfactory end to end product and service solutions to ensure customers' requirements and standard are met
Drive product development, material sourcing, costing, price negotiation and work closely with production teams on placing orders, order executions and delivery arrangement on customers' orders
Conduct sales forecast and manage all kinds of analysis report for Management review
Lead and train a team of Business Executives, work closely with them to enhance job efficiency
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
8 years or above of sales and merchandising experience in manufacturer or buying office of apparel industry, preferably with lingerie industry background
3 years or above of managerial experience
Proactive, passionate to grow business, sales oriented and customer-focused
Great team player with strong leadership and team building skills
Good communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Independent and well organized
Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Travelling to China or overseas is required
