Organize, compile, update employee personnel records and documentation.
Support employee personnel file clean-up in the physical archive.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies in the physical archive).
Prepare, manage, and store paperwork and capture e-signatures and wet signatures.
Follow up and remind employees to send the signed employment documents back.
Coordinate with receptionists and other teams/partners.
Support HR administrative tasks based on current needs.
Represent J&J in front of local authorities and act on behalf of the (sending or receiving) company if required, in relation to the posting of workers or employment/labor law matters.
Support for Hongkong-based operations.
Requirements:
Education in HR is advantageous.
Experience in Hongkong-related HR matters is a plus.
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, team-based environment.
