Our client is looking for (Senior) Human Resources Officer (20k-30k) to join their team.
Duties:
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations
Manage the recruitment process including resumes screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation and other logistics arrangement
Oversee compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management review
Participate in regular HR exercises including annual performance review, budgeting, salary market research, insurance renewal etc.
Plan and arrange company activities and events for enhancing employee relations and engagement
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Over 1 years’ working experience in retail industry or related industry
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
