Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain AEM solutions for clients, focusing on best practices, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content authors, and project managers, to ensure seamless AEM project delivery.
Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet clients' specific business requirements.
Optimize AEM instances for search engine visibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM, integrations, and third-party tools.
Keep up-to-date with the latest AEM releases, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our AEM development methodologies and processes.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Proficient in AEM Sites, AEM Communities, and AEM Assets.
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Dispatcher, CQ5, OSGi, and Sling.
Experience with AEM headless CMS and API development.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and templating languages (HTL, JSP).
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with offshore developement team
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
