助理經理 / 侍酒師 | 高級法式餐廳職位亮點：

主要職責：
管理及策劃高品質酒單，確保卓越的用餐體驗。
為客人提供專業的葡萄酒推薦與搭配建議。
訓練及指導服務團隊，提高酒類知識及服務標準。
負責庫存管理、採購及成本控制。
確保高水準服務，與廚房團隊緊密合作。

理想人選：

持 WSET III 或 Court of Master Sommeliers 認證。
2-3 年高級餐飲經驗，具領導能力者優先。
英語及普通話

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and curate a high-quality wine list, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings for guests.
Train and mentor the service team to enhance wine knowledge and service standards.
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
Maintain high service standards and collaborate closely with the kitchen team.

Ideal Candidate:

WSET Level III or Court of Master Sommeliers certification is required.
2-3 years of fine dining experience; leadership experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
