Responsibilities

• Preparation of Lease / Tenancies  and Licence Agreement and related duties

• Handle lease administration works

• Handle tenants' enquiries and / or complaints, and prepare reply letters and emails

• Attend Management Committee / Owners' meeting and prepare report

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
  

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in lease management

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English

• Good in MS application, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Work under pressure

• Immediate availability is an advantage
