Responsibilities:
  • To provide administrative and clerical duties to Administration and Facility Management Department including filing, procurements, documents preparation and handling, arranging courier service, data entry, support reception counter, logistics arrangement; and
  • To perform ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above;
  • At least 1 year’s relevant working experience;
  • Experience in MS office applications;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
