They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both the business and IT departments.



Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and systems.
* Conduct market research and analysis to support business decisions.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
* Prepare and present reports to stakeholders in both English and Cantonese.
* Travel to Japan as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in UI/UX Design is a plus.
