Responsibilities

• To assist Property Manager to monitor day-to-day operation

• To deal with tenants and be responsible for leasing matters

• To provide administration support to other departments

• To oversee security/cleaning/contractor works

Requirements

• Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1/Tier 2)

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Property Management related

• 3+ years’ experience in property management

• Good at MS Word, MS Excel & Chinese word-processing

• Fair in written English & Chinese

Remuneration

• Salary HK$25,000+

• Year-end double pay
