Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and administration.
  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
  • Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance to maintain high operational standards.
  • Respond to guest feedback and assist in managing the restaurant’s online reputation.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in fine dining.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; familiar with Chinese cuisine and local ingredients.
