To assist in processing applications of the Signature Perfoming Arts Programme Scheme, including vetting of applications, seeking supplementary information/clarifications the applicants, drafting of application summaries/analysis and arranging interviews;
assist in the administration of grants disbursed under the Signature Performing Arts Programme Scheme, including drafting of funding agreements, monitoring and assessing grantees' performance in project implementation, seeking approval [Or any proposed variations on the approved projects, evaluating progress and audited account reports submitted by grantees and monitoring disbursement of funds;
To assist in the administrative works outside the scope of the Signature Performing Arts Programme Scheme as assigned by the senior officers; and
To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
be holder(s) of Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
be good in spoken and written Chinese and English (have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4 or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Grade D or above in Chinese Language and Culture of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 4 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE or Grade D or above in (Use of English of the HKALE),
have at least five (5) years' post-qualification full-time working experience, in which includes at least two (2) years working experience in programme management or venue management in performing arts venues, programme offices, arts/cultural organisations or creative industry in Hong Kong prior to Quotation Closing Date;
possess knowledge in the arts, programme planning and administration, budgeting, marketing, venue management, etc.', and
be proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing,
