• Plan, perform and evaluate Physiotherapy treatments including advanced and specialized skills
• Provide services at locations including but not limited to hospital to meet operational needs
• Coordinate cross disciplines rehabilitation services
• Develop manuals, perform critical appraisal of guidelines and implement evidence -based practice with clinical reasoning
• Develop, plan and deliver professional training to staff, doctors and the public
• Direct and supervise work, discipline and professional attitude of Physiotherapist II and Physiotherapist Assistants
• Oversee the department operation including equipment maintenance and integrity of medical records to ensure smooth workflow
• Develop and participate in clinical audits and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy or above
• Registered part 1a with valid Practicing Certificate issued by Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
• At least 5 years' full-time Physiotherapy experience, with elderly services or acupuncture preferable
• Self-motivated, flexible with customer care mindset and able to work independently with problem-solving skills
