Key Responsibilities:

1.Define Product Vision and Strategy:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a clear product vision and strategic roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.

2.Develop and Execute Delivery Plans:

• Create detailed delivery plans that outline key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress against delivery plans and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure that delivery processes are efficient and scalable.

Ensure smooth implementation of changes throughout the project lifecycle.

3.Manage Product Backlog:

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and user needs.
• Regularly update and refine the backlog based on feedback and changing requirements

4.Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, and development teams.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of product goals.

5.Guide Sprint Planning and Execution:

• Participate in sprint planning sessions to refine and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor and guide development teams to ensure successful delivery of features within each sprint.

6.Monitor and Evaluate Product Progress:

• Track and report on product progress at each stage of development.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications/skills:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2. 8-10+ years of experience in product ownership and delivery/implementation.
• 3. Proven experience in strategy development, change management, and delivery.
• 4. Strong understanding of Al technologies and their applications.
• 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 7. Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• 8. Experience with data analytics and machine learning.
• 9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
