Responsible for the financial coordination and planning of Hong Kong catering companies, familiar with the management of the restaurant POS cashier system.
Responsible for fund account management work, including account opening, change, cancellation, do a good job of account management desk account registration.
Responsible for fund settlement management work, fund receipt and payment business, preparation of fund statements.
Responsible for summarizing, reviewing, and following up the monthly fund plan, preparing the fund plan discrepancy analysis table, to ensure orderly expenditure.
Fund management work, make good fund position arrangements, prevent funds sinking, reduce the cost of fund use, improve the efficiency of fund use, regularly according to the fund plan reasonable preparation of funds allocation plan.
Responsible for the organization and archiving of relevant work files.
Responsible for matters related to the accounting of the Finance Department.
Accept other work arrangements of the leadership.
Requirements
Finance, accounting and other related majors, bachelor's degree or above, spoken English can be used for work;
Engaged in financial accounting related work 3-5 years, if there is a docking bank experience, can be a plus;
Work delicate and strict, honest and self-disciplined, have good professional ethics;
With strong independent learning and work skills, and strong communication, understanding and analytical skills, with teamwork spirit.
