Provide comprehensive HR consultancy services for the business unit responsible.
Develop and assist the implementation of plans on various HR topics, including but not limited to talent acquisition & retention, staff promotion, transfer & rewarding, employee relations & engagement, performance management, etc.
Key person in handling complex HR cases and staff disciplinary matters.
Support the organizational changes from HR perspectives.
Ensure all the HR practices adhere to and in full compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements. Identify and eliminate possible HR-related risks.
Establish and maintain communication channels so that everyone in the organization can express their ideas, comments and feedbacks.
Manage and improve the services provided by HR department.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
8 years experience in performing full spectrum of HR services.
Possess relevant experience in sizeable companies or organizations is highly preferred.
Proficient in people assessment and development tools.
Able to work with people of different backgrounds and grades.
Strong at leadership and people management.
Highly flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
