• Oversee the scheduling and approval of leave requests for promoters.
• Manage manpower allocation effectively.
• Closely monitor the promoter team to ensure they meet monthly sales targets and customer service standards through regular store visits.
• Participate in regular meetings with the promoter team.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports.

Client Services

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with chain stores.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports for clients.

• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail sector.
• Experience in TV products is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive, energetic, dynamic, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
