Responsibilities 

• Conduct feasibility studies on land tender, acquisitions and redevelopment projects  
• Prepare development proposals, reports and present recommendations to senior management  
• Prepare planning application, land exchange, lease modification and premium assessment 
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trends and government initiatives

• Tertiary Educated in Bachelor of Science in Surveying or relevant disciplines 
• MHKIS/ MRICS qualified is a must
• Minimum 6 years of relevant valuation/ acquisition experience, including government, consultancies, developers and local investors, with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience
• Must be highly sensitive to numbers and detail oriented
• Fluent English and Cantonese
