Duties

• Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination;

• Monitor site progress including quality of work, and prepare progress report;

• Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different parties including clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is carried out in accordance with contract requirement;

• Assist in tender cost calculation;

• Material enquiry, submission, and ordering; and Assist in payment application to clients and assessing sub-contractors’ work progress;

• Liaise with the consultants, contractor and government authorities;

• Conversant with application of Occupation Permit.

Requirements

• 2-3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in New Building Project;

• Higher diploma or above in related disciplines;

• Conversant with local government regulations;

• Good at IT literacy, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project);

• With detailed mind, work independently and good communication skill and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• More experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manage;

• Immediate available is preferred
