Responsibilities:

Manage Shareholder and Investor Relationships: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Prepare for Key Announcements: Lead the planning and execution of activities for interim and annual results announcements, including maintaining the IR database.
Organize Investor Programs: Coordinate and manage investor meetings, small group sessions, and other IR events to engage stakeholders effectively.
Conduct Competitor Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of competitors, focusing on financial metrics and strategic differentiation.
Handle Investor Enquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to investor questions and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage.
10 years of proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and present confidently.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
