Responsibilities:

• To deliver community-based and centre-based social work services for ethnic minorities families with SEN children and youth

• Handle individual counselling, consultation and case referrals for ethnic minorities parents, children and youth

• Liaise with stakeholders and establish networking with community resources

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Social Work
• Relevant working experience in Ethnic Minorities service and parents' work and/ or child rehabilitation service is preferred
• Registered Social Worker
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high organization ability
