Responsibilities

• Liaison with business teams to elicit complete user’s requirements 

• Produce business requirements specification documents and 

• develop solutions to fulfill business needs, identify the gaps (as is and to be scenario) and resolve the problems with planning and set appropriate KPIs to monitor the solution effectiveness

• Develop data analytic frameworks for problem solving & operation decision making

• Provide training to users before and after process implementation.

• Benchmark, standardize and implement the excellence business processes at all operation sites

• Track project progress and produce weekly progress report to management, make sure all tasks progress on-time

• Act as a project manager on operation systems implementation such as MES/APS/SAP to ensure the users fully adopt those systems and support our company digitization journey

• Analytical & systematic thinking, experience in KPI setting and monitoring in sizable international companies

• Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering training program, with a focus on AI adoption and usage and effectively follow up independently

• Strong project management skill, familiarize the Lean six sigma methodology and the with practical successful project cases

• Capable to develop data analytic frameworks for problem solving & operation decision making, solid experiences on business intelligent tools such as Power BI, tableau, SAP BO, Zoho analytic etc.

• Ability to handle multiple projects systematically and willingness to travel internationally (including PRC) for on-site project implementation and training

Requirements

• Degree holder in industrial engineering, operation management, computer science or related disciplines

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement within the technology, garment and fashion sectors, with a strong focus on using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini to optimize operations and drive digital transformation. Skilled in integrating AI technologies to automate workflows, enhance communication, and improve decision-making and reporting processes

• Knowledge of Lean six sigma or related certification is preferred
