Place of Work : Hong Kong Office (Kwun Tong)

-Kwun Tong, 9am-6pm, 5-day work

Key Responsibilities:

• Track customer orders from start to delivery, resolving any delays.

• Manage shipment and logistics arrangements, including transportation and international requirements if needed.

• Assist merchandising team on product listings and maintain accurate inventory.

• Communicate with different vendors to ensure product availability and timely arrangements.

• Work with warehouse teams on daily in/outbound operations and providing information for order fulfillment.

• Oversee order fulfillment for accurate and timely dispatch.

• Support additional tasks like reports, fact finding on order issues and customer inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or retail management is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis functions).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are essential

• A positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
