Key Responsibilities:
Track customer orders from start to delivery, resolving any delays.
Manage shipment and logistics arrangements, including transportation and international requirements if needed.
Assist merchandising team on product listings and maintain accurate inventory.
Communicate with different vendors to ensure product availability and timely arrangements.
Work with warehouse teams on daily in/outbound operations and providing information for order fulfillment.
Oversee order fulfillment for accurate and timely dispatch.
Support additional tasks like reports, fact finding on order issues and customer inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or retail management is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis functions).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are essential
