Job Duties 

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching marketing objectives to enhance brand visibility in English-speaking nations, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. 
• Identify relevant and influential profiles to generate content across social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of various projects and the success of campaigns within the team. 
• Oversee the team's budget and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
• Deliver regular reports on the performance of influencers and campaigns. 
• Assess and analyze the team's performance to recommend strategies for improvement and growth. 
• Supervise a team of four members.

Job Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is required. 
• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience in marketing is essential, with managerial experience considered advantageous. 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
• Proficiency in social media and a solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques are expected. 
• Competence in data analysis is required. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. 
• Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are important. 
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment is crucial. 
• An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data is necessary.
