Job description
My client is a well-established and listed company in Hong Kong. They are urgently looking for an experienced Legal professional to join their Hong Kong Legal Team.
Job Description:
Provide legal support and legal advice for the company, including business operations, team restructuring, etc.
Responsible for contract drafting, reviewing and modifying
Identify potential legal risks associated with business activities and provide strategies to mitigate those risks.
Work closely with different internal departments, such as Marketing Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, etc.
Responsible for internal policies and procedures related to commercial legal matters
Requirements:
Master's degree in Law, with 15+ PQE. Experience as a barrister or transactional lawyer would be highly preferred
Familiar with Hong Kong laws and PRC laws
Familiar with the property/ real estate industry
Experienced in handling company restructuring and debt restructuring legal matters is a must
Excellent command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English. Native in Mandarin would be an advantage
Welcome candidate who is holding working visa and currently based in Hong Kong
