Role and Responsibilities
1. Integration solution design and implementation:
• Analyze integration requirements and design integration solutions for Oracle Financials (incl. AHCS)
• Design, advise, and implement integration solutions between Oracle Financials and multiple systems, including SaaS models such as Coupa.
• Ensure the integration solutions is flexible, scalable for maintenance and future enhancements.
• Work with various peripheral systems team to design and implement the integration solution.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure the overall integration architecture comply to various Company’s policies.
• Leads developer on solution implementation.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation (incl. low level design artefacts) for integration feeds.
2. Support QA / E2E Testing:
• Collaborate with peripheral systems team, local business units and system owners in developing and executing comprehensive integration test plans to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Provide support and leads all related parties in various testing (including SIT / UAT / Performance) execution and troubleshooting activities.
3. Lead go-live support & maintenance:
• Monitor integration processes to ensure smooth operation and data flow.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updating integration configurations, optimizing performance, and applying patches and upgrades.
• Impact analysis on future Oracle Finance upgrade to the integration solution and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the target application maintenance team to ensure the stability and reliability of integration environments.
4. Existing BAU operations / projects support
• Support BAU operations / projects on existing Oracle EBS and others related applications before Oracle Finance go lives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing system integration for complex financial systems, preferably in the Oracle ecosystem.
• Experience with data migration, data quality management, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
