Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
Conduct data analysis and identify pain points and duplication within current processes and propose potential changes and improvements and their impacts to support effective decision-making and implementation plans.
Engage with colleagues to provide relevant business knowledge, context and understanding to help provide and optimise commercial solutions.
