Responsibilities:
- Handle the implementation, installation and launching of new products / projects developed in-house
- Provide technical support on new products / projects
- Responsible for system monitoring, platform enhancement and capacity planning
- Provide Tier 3 support for engineering & operation teams
Requirements:
- Degree holder in information technology, computer science, electronic engineering, telecommunications or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in telecommunications industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft server applications, MSSQL, Linux, virtualization, Cloud native environment
- Good analytical problem solving skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
