Managing accounting duties
Providing financial reports, general ledger, P&L
Providing monthly sales reports, cash flows forecast and analyst reports
Assist admin duties
Prepare daily attendance reports
Assist to formulate and implement administration policies and procedures
Liaise with service providers on office supplies, equipment and other maintenance work
Organize company activities
Handle any ad-hoc projects as assign
Diploma or above
2 year’ experience in accounting and admin
Proficiency in using MS word, excel
Good command of both Chinese and English
Independent and self-motivated
