Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide general office IT support on daily operations
Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support
Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking
Providing support to Windows/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
Support end user for solving issues in their PC/mobile operating systems (OS), hardware, applications

Requirement:

Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
1 year relevant experience is preferred
Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux / Windows Server / Unix), Database and network
Able to work independently and maintain a customer services
