Job Responsibilities:

Promote high quality products
Prepare sales quotation and reports
Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, and designers to achieve sales target and maintain good relationship
Assist Senior Sales Manager in all sales & marketing activities (including but not limited to conducting cold call, preparing seminars & exhibitions)
Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieving business goals
Site visit and work outside the office as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder with at least 1 year experience.
Responsible, detail- minded, cheerful, fast learner.
Must be good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Good computer knowledge e.g.MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Immediately available is highly preferred
IANG, Fresh Graduates and less relevant experienced in the construction industry are also welcome
