Responsibilities:

• • • Assist the supervisor in planning and executing leasing strategy for the assigned retail portfolio

    • Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants

    • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations

    • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

Requirements:

• • • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline

    • At least 1 year of relevant experience

    • Strong market sense with analytical thinking

    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

    • Fresh Graduates or Candidates from property management or agency backgrounds are welcomed
