Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication between departments and the IT team for effective job execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize operational disruption.
Assist in planning and implementing IT projects that improve service delivery in Property Services and Elderly Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tech needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Work with external IT vendors to coordinate support and resolve service issues.
Help evaluate technology solutions and providers for departmental projects.
Partner with department heads to understand their tech requirements and enhance service delivery through IT solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant IT support and project management experience, preferably in a property services or healthcare environment.
Familiarity with various software solutions for property management.
Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Client-focused mindset with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff across various departments.
