Responsibilities:
Engage with internal business stakeholders at management level to capture business requirements
Analyze requirements and based on the specifications to look for viable solutions/ vendors available on the market
Facilitate the vendor selection process by giving insights and recommendations on IT perspectives to business stakeholders, and assisting in vendor interviews on IT areas
Oversee both external vendors and internal IT resources throughout the implementation cycle to ensure the fulfillment of project scopes, timeline, budget and etc.
Define UAT test plans and specifications and assist in the testing phases
Provide support on system go-live and productions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
6+ years' experience in a Business Analytics and/or IT Project Management roles
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skill
Mature-minded, with a consultative approach; able to communicate effectively with laymen
With industry domain experience in real estate / property management / facility management / healthcare sectors
Good command of Chinese and English

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, as it is needed to take a consultative approach, engaging closely with business users (often laymen) to understand deeply their business operations and pain-points. Then, presenting the case studies to the stakeholders on IT solutions identified on the market that address such business needs and their pros and cons.
